Complaints Procedure
Valley Rehabilitation aspires to provide the highest standard of evidence-based neuro physiotherapy and to make your experience a positive one. Client feedback is always welcome as this helps Valley Rehabilitation to continue to improve the service provided. Please email any feedback to kaye@valley-rehab.co.uk

Should you feel that you have received a poor standard of care and wish to make a complaint, please contact the therapist, Kaye Hillsdon, either by telephone 07482 151885, or via email kaye@valley-rehab.co.uk, or in writing to Valley Rehabilitation, 5 Newbury Road, Lambourn, Berkshire, RG17 7LL. Any person who makes a complaint will receive a letter of acknowledgement within 2 days and a written response within 7 days with an explanation and proposed actions.
If you are not satisfied with the result of a complaint, or you have ongoing concerns regarding the conduct of neuro physiotherapist Kaye Hillsdon, please raise this with the Health and Care Professions Council, Park House, 184-186 Kennington Park Road, London, SE11 4BU. www.hpc-org.uk
